Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance Project in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania
Project Work:
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District required a permit to inspect and repair defects on a petroleum pipeline along the Allegheny River. AGES Energy conducted a WRRM site screening, discussed the project extensively with USACE and PADEP, submitted the permit application. An emergency permit was issued in 9 days by the regulatory agencies. AGES Energy personnel also served as the Environmental Inspector during the dig.
